NENUTEC PICVs combine a differential pressure controller, flow-limiting regulation valve and 2‑port control valve in one compact DZR brass body, delivering the exact design flow to every terminal unit regardless of system pressure fluctuations — no balancing valves, no manual commissioning, and valve authority close to 1 for stable, hunt-free control.

 

Paired with actuator with integrated Delta T Manager(DN15-50), flow is continuously optimised to hold the design ΔT across the coil, eliminating low‑ΔT syndrome and the overflow that drives up pump, chiller and heat pump energy.

• Dirt-resistant by design — patented low-friction diaphragm DPCV validated over 100,000 cycles in water contaminated with 900 ppm iron oxide, holding constant flow where conventional PICVs seize
